If you have exchanged your gift voucher for a Zalando partner voucher, you need to follow the steps below to activate it: 

1. Go to your profile on the Zalando website
2. Click on My Gift Vouchers
3. Enter the PIN at Redeem your Gift Voucher
4. Once the voucher has been added, it is automatically available in the payment methods when you complete a purchase.
