Amount of gift voucher does not correspond to the amounts of the gift partner

For each partner the possible amounts for redeeming the gift card will differ. You'll see this in each case at the partners' terms and conditions. Should your Kadonation gift card value not match the partner's gift card possibilities, you can solve this by adding some money to your personal Kadonation account yourself.

To do this, log in to kadonation.com/dashboard and under 'my gifts' click 'show'. At the top right you will see your balance, if you click there on the three dots next to the amount, you can click on 'add amount'. This way you can then add money to order a voucher of a higher value.
